Why are you passionate about DEI?

I am passionate about DEI because I understand and appreciate the importance of making sure that everyone not only feels heard, but that they feel seen, accounted for and comfortable within our team here. And it's a really great feeling seeing the finish product of what the committee works towards.

How has being part of the DEI committee enriched your experience at Going?

Having worked for major companies in the past, diversity and inclusion is preached, but at Going it's something that is practiced and has even allowed me to connect with and learn from individuals who represent different walks of life! With the way the world can be at times, its encouraging to watch people share their experiences and see the reactions and conversations.
