She was so surprised! And then when she got here it was a surprise to my three kids! A double surprise! It was so fun. We spent the next two weeks playing at parks, wandering around Toulouse in the gorgeous southern France sunshine, visiting ancient cities in the countryside, and of course, spoiling the grandkids. My husband and I went to Paris, Brussels, and Amsterdam in March 2017. The trip was wonderful! We went to the Louvre for free, ate some mean waffles in Belgium, and got to see most of Van Gogh's original paintings in Amsterdam. Thanks Going. This wouldn't have been possible without you.

I had been planning to surprise my mom for her 60th birthday with her #1 bucket-list trip, to visit Greece. I wanted to tell her on her actual birthday and then go over the summer since she is a teacher. Bali has always been on our list, but flight prices were making it impossible for our family of five to go. When I received a rare low fare to Bali out of Chicago (we live in Detroit) I was shocked how affordable it really could be and truly believed the 4.5-hour drive to the airport would be worth it. After much discussion with some family friends that moved to Shanghai, we convinced my husband to rearrange our 2019 vacation schedule to make it happen since we had the same week off for spring break. We stayed at Villa Buddha, the most beautiful villa in Bali according to sources. So grateful for Going.
